Shipping and Returns Policy
We aim to despatch orders via Royal Mail within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday) of the order being received and processed. During holiday periods, Christmas in particular, please note this may increase to 5-7 working days.
Shipping is calculated based on weight which is shown at the checkout, all available shipping options are listed automatically.
Parcels below 2kg:
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £5.95
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.50
Spend over £50 and FREE UK Shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout.
All UK orders are restricted to 10kg. If your order goes over 10kg, we will be in contact to arrange an alternative method of delivery.
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Ireland (Republic), Europe, USA - Mainland, Australia - Mainland and Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not ship to countries not listed above.
Orders outside of the UK are restricted to 2kg via Royal Mail. If your order exceeds 2kg, it will be sent via our chosen courier. If you wish to order more than 10 items, please contact us first so we can confirm shipping options.
Please note that International orders could take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control.
Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Hackea Limited, T/A House of Hackea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Exchange and Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
